Job Title : HR Assistant (Chennai)
Job Area : Human Resources
Job Function : The qualified candidate will assist with daily HR operations including: Insurance - Creating & sending the additions and the deletions list and ensuring that all the claims are settled within the defined timelines Payroll - Monthly inputs on new hires and any other additional payments to be intimated to the payroll team - Updating relevant employee related databases, Administering Recognition programs, Data Analysis and preparing HR Presentations, Joining Formalities and Employees Files Creation & Maintenance Training - Handling all the logistics including coordination and vendor payment requests to Finance -Benefits administration Miscellaneous - Handling various other Logistics and day-to-day HR administrative work Would also be responsible for driving some employee engagement programs including Qlife/Corporate Giving etc.
Skills/Experience : The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: - Must have min. 3 years of HR administration experience - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships; - Should have experience in working with MS-Office tools - Positive attitude and willingness to stretch if required - Excellent organizational skills
Education Requirements : BS/BA in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or a closely related degree.
