· Sound knowledge in Networking
· Practical hands on experience in Network administration, implementation, and troubleshooting heterogeneous networks
· Configuring and troubleshooting VLANs & Spanning tree
· Configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols
· Configuring ACLs in Firewalls and Routers
· Configuring and administration of Load balancers
· Strong customer handling skills
· Exposure to Remote 24/7 operations in a shift environment
· Knowledge in ITIL process framework
· Excellent Oral and written Communication skills
· Must have exposure to ticketing system concepts and usage
